Led the planning and execution of the national Digital Skin Cancer Diagnostics project, revolutionizing diagnostic workflows across GPs, dermatologists, and hospitals. This innovative initiative reduced waiting times for specialist assessments from 10 weeks to 1 day, and optimizing usage of clinical staff.
Designed and established the foundation for Ejendomsdataprogrammet, a large-scale IT program transitioning Skat’s IT solutions to the new national property data model (Grunddata). Developed a system integration model and platform, including data governance and policy frameworks.
Project portfolio development and management of 15 projects, ensuring timely preparedness for the cross-regional health platform, Sundhedsplatformen. Projects include virtual clients roll-out, system aggregation, idm, to support readiness.

Established and led the IT Governance Group for Novo Nordisk’s global Sales & Marketing divisions, bringing together key decision-makers from all regions and executive management. The group ensured strategic alignment, optimized IT investments, and enhanced cross-regional collaboration.
